Just a reminder to those of you participating in the Secret Santa - the gift exchange will take place in two weeks on Saturday, December 22nd. Gifts must be sent via a pm to the i2eye account by Friday, December 21st.

If you have already finished your gift, please feel free to go ahead and send it in so we can go ahead and preview it to verify that everything is as it should be and can make sure things are corrected in time if they aren't.

If you need any help with anything or think there's the possibility you may not be able to finish your gift in time, please contact an admin ASAP for assistance so we can help ensure all members will have a gift at the time of the gift exchange.

If you need help of the technical nature (help with fan art, personalized avatars, etc.) please contact Tracy (tis*me!). If you need help with a story/missing scene (need help beta'ing it, brainstorming, etc.) please contact Cath (eeyorefan).

Time sure flies by, doesn't it?
Only a few more days to get your Secret Santa gift in! :present:
The deadline is this Friday - December 21st. Half the participants have already sent their gifts in to us - thank you!

For those of you that haven't yet, please send the gift in as soon as you can and please let us know if you think there's any possibility you won't be able to complete the gift in time. That way we can ensure everyone has a gift for the gift exchange and that no one is faced with - :no_present: !

The gift exchange will take place some time on Saturday, December 22nd.
Participants will be pm'd detailed instructions on how to retrieve/view their gift after all gifts have been posted. We ask that you please wait patiently for the pm and then follow the instructions that are contained in the pm.

Today is the last day to get in your Secret Santa gift.
All but one participant has turned in their gifts.
Since we have yet to hear from her on her status, rest assured we are working hard to work on something just in case she doesn't come through - so everyone will have a gift come gift exchange time on Saturday! :clap_clap:

We look forward to the gift exchange tomorrow and hope all will have an opportunity to log on and see their gift tomorrow. We would like to be able to officially reveal who everyone's Secret Santa is tomorrow, but want to wait until everyone has had a chance to view their gift and take a guess at who their Secret Santa is before officially revealing the identities of the gift givers.

Detailed instructions will be sent via pm on how to retrieve/view your gift.
