While we are happy and excited that some of our members have started creating and posting fan art and we enjoy seeing their creations, the recent response in our fan art area has been a little overwhelming for us. As a result, we have realized it is extremely necessary for us to come up with and post guidelines for the posting of fan art on the site, as well as posting of signature banners and other images. In the interim, we ask that no new fan art is posted to the fan art area and that no new signature banners are added to signatures.

We will notify members when they can start posting to that area again, but ask that you please be patient with us as we come up with guidelines. Hopefully this will only take a few days, but with work schedules keeping us busy, it may take up to a week or so.

Please understand that our first responsibility to this site is to fan fiction, not fan art (though we do enjoy it).

Images posted to the site take longer to upload to the site than text does. There is the possibility that if too many images that are too large are posted to the site, it may adversely affect the upload time of the site. In other words, it may slow the site down.

If this is the case, we have to consider how to handle this.
